The Mission

My parents were my first teachers in life and instilled in me the importance of giving back. Throughout my journey, I've had incredible coaches who taught me about integrity, passion, and work ethic - qualities that are hard to come by these days. While studying Human Services, I realized that working within organizations can be restrictive and not allow me to help people in a way that feels natural to me. Despite this, I'm grateful for the experiences and the people who shaped me along the way.

Giving back has always been a significant factor in my decision to enter the fitness industry, and I am glad to now offer my services to those who have experienced financial, physical, or mental hardship. I will be ordering Mental + Muscle Class which are a fitness session followed by a discussion about how to improve our resilience, mindfulness, and stress management skills.
