Peanuts and blueberries might not seem like they’d taste good together, but you'd be pleasantly surprised!

Here’s one of my go-to smoothie recipes that I enjoy for breakfast or as a post-workout snack. Even though I aim for a high protein intake, it's crucial to include fruits and vegetables in your diet.

I love blueberries because they are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that support overall health. I also add a bit of peanut butter to my smoothies for its protein and healthy fats.

If you prefer, you can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or any other nut butter of your choice.

Ingredients - 1 Serving - 29g of protein

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Banana (small, frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 1/4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
