I love pancakes! I could eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even as a snack. Plus, they’re a great way to sneak in extra protein powder without even realizing it! While I'm not usually a huge matcha fan, I decided to give it a try in these pancakes, and they turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The addition of white chocolate makes this a perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. I wouldn’t want to have this too often but it's packed with protein and flavour, great for a breakfast treat or to curve lthe ate night cravings.
