Matcha Protein Pancakes: A Delicious High-Protein Twist

I love pancakes!  I could eat them for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even as a snack. Plus, they’re a great way to sneak in extra protein powder without even realizing it! While I'm not usually a huge matcha fan, I decided to give it a try in these pancakes, and they turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The addition of white chocolate makes this a perfect treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. I wouldn’t want to have this too often but it's packed with protein and flavour, great for a breakfast treat or to curve lthe ate night cravings.

Ingredients - Serving of 4 - 27g Protein (depending on your choice and brand)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 1/2 tsps Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 ozs Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Green Tea Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted, plus more for pan)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
